  • Scheduling and shift assignment information
  • Company-issued email credentials
  • Portal login activity and usage logs

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, our web server may automatically record standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used solely for server maintenance and security purposes.

  • Guard Portal records: Employee data is retained for the duration of employment and for such additional period as required by applicable Texas and federal employment and labor laws (typically a minimum of 3 years following separation).
  • Server logs: Automatically collected server log data is retained for up to 90 days.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect. Passwords stored in our Guard Portal are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a resident of Texas, you may have rights regarding your personal information under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), to the extent applicable. These rights may include:
